Simone Marchetti is the co-founder of SmartBit Digital Partners and Cavalieri Garage & Co., an entrepreneur, a consultant specializing in pre-seed and seed-stage startups and digitalization processes, as well as a certified angel investor by the Business Angel Institute.


Born in 1993. Passionate and obsessed, perhaps innovative and visionary. Sometimes disruptive. In love with efficiency. Full-time dream chaser. Born and raised in the italian Motor Valley, currently exploring new horizons in Estonia, Switzerland and Canary Islands.

I manage entrepreneurial projects and invest in innovative ventures that align with my business vision. I am a consultant in the motorsport field for the validation of driver-in-the-loop simulators in Formula 1 and WEC. I design, drive, and test experimental race and road cars as a subjective driver, with 20+ years of experience behind the wheel.

Founder of the startup ‘RaceNetwork’, Italy's first Motor Valley provider fully specialized in simulation technologies for motorsport, partially acquired by the Motorsport Network group in 2019, and 'Mirage Motors Modena', whose patended technologies were employed by the German Aerospace Center (DLR) for the development of the ZEDU-1 prototype in 2022.

SmartBit Digital Partners and Cavalieri Garage & Co. are the companies I have founded and that I'm currently managing, representing my areas of expertise: innovative business development and motorsport, respectively.
